Letter From CSPAC Hot Lunch

Dear Parents,

After a successful trial run of using School Cash Online in January for hot lunch orders, the Hot Lunch Committee has decided to move hot lunch orders to 100% online.  This ordering system will save a lot of time for the volunteers and staff that make hot lunch possible every month as well as improve accuracy of our orders and reduce paper waste.

From now on we will no longer be sending forms home for families to fill out and send back. You will now go to and you will be able to fill out and submit an order form and pay online. School Cash Online has multiple ways to pay including eCheque, Credit Card, Interac Online and My Wallet.  Orders and payment will be able to be submitted until the end of the day that orders are due and then they will no longer be available on the website. Late orders will not be accepted.

The next hot lunch will be on March 17/21 for the Mon/Wed ECS Students and on March 18/21 for the rest of the school (K-6).  The online fee will be posted towards the end of this week.
